Everatt & Co Employer Forum - 2010 Update

Following the highly successful inaugural meeting of the Equality & Reward Employer Forum last December. Everatt & Co have announced that they will be hosting further events throughout 2010.
Elaine Fisher, Senior HR Consultant said, ‘we were delighted at the positive response to this initiative. Employers have told us that there is a need for a forum for employers to debate the impact of the proposed Equality Bill’.
The December event included lessons learnt from implementing single status, an update on the current position of the Equality Bill, plus an informative contribution from Tim Medcalf (NorthgateArinso) on the EHRC consultation on Gender pay gap proposals.
Elaine continued ‘we were keen to make the forum as accessible as possible and made a determined attempt to present information in different ways which seems to have been well received by the delegates’.
