Following the Everatt & Company ‘Equality & Reward Conference’ in May 2009, and the success of the Question Time forum with Jenni Murray, we have received many requests from delegates to continue the debate surrounding job evaluation, equal pay and reward strategies generally within the public and private sectors.
Accordingly, we are delighted to be holding an Employer Forum which will focus upon these and related issues. The Forum will be a vibrant and collegiate environment in which to ask questions, air views, keep up to date with the latest legal developments and network with colleagues from across the country who may be grappling with similar issues on the Reward agenda.
The inaugural meeting of the Equality & Reward Employer Forum will be held on Tuesday 15th December 2009 at The Orange Studio, Birmingham, from 10am - 1pm followed by a networking buffet lunch.
During the morning delegates will get the chance to hear about some recent legal developments, review and discuss the new Equality Bill and its likely impact on us all and hear from colleagues who have interesting stories to tell about their own organisation’s journeys towards reducing the gender pay gap.
The cost of this inaugural event will be just £35.00 per person. Payment details will be provided on registration.
