Rugby Borough Council appoints Everatt & Co as sole insurance litigation lawyers

In a move which reflects the firm’s desire to build a strong public sector practice within the Midlands region, Rugby Borough Council has appointed Everatt & Company to represent it in all its Employer and Public Liability claims.
Jason Burt, Head of Everatt & Company’s Public Sector Team, said that Rugby wants to drive down the overall cost of all aspects of PI claims, from insurance and legal costs to the compensation paid:
