Qualified in 1989, Fiona has over 15 of years experience in handling defendant Personal Injury litigation, covering all of the above plus motor and disease (including repetitive strain injury). Her background included Magistrates Court work, four years working at a Medical Defence Organisation dealing with medical and dental negligence and regulatory work for healthcare professionals eg referrals to GMC and Health Authority complaints. Fiona has extensive inquest experience.
