Head of the firm’s Public Sector Team, Jason has great experience in the full range of claims experienced by local authorities, healthcare institutions, charities and schools, especially serious back injury, assault, failure to educate and stress/harassment. A member of the Birmingham Law Society, Jason joined Everatt & Company 1985 and became a partner is 1998.
