Experience:
Leona joined Everatt & Co in 2009. She currently assists both Andy Phillpot and Elaine Fisher and is a member of the Employer Support Services Team.
Leona has experience of drafting Company Handbooks, Contracts and responding to general HR queries through the Employer’s Support Helpline as well as extensive experience of facilitating the recruitment and selection process. In addition Leona assists Elaine Fisher in the provision of Equality Services to the Firm’s Local Government Clients and is a trained Job Analyst.
Leona is a student of CIPD and a CIPD Hereford and Worcester Committee Member.
