Nick’s work is dominated by high-value claims for catastrophic injury, complex multi-party PI insurance claims and health and safety prosecutions. The majority of these originate in the industrial sector, though a significant proportion involve charity, education and health care organisations. Highly experienced in H&S tribunals. A PI specialist throughout his career, Nick joined Everatt & Co in 1982, becoming a partner in 1984. He is a keen golfer and racegoer.
