Stephenie qualified as a Solicitor in 2005. She has experience in both contentious and non contentious issues and has previously advised care agencies, medical practices and hospitals in addressing these disputes in a bid to avoid Employment Tribunal proceedings, and also in the course of proceedings to provide a robust defence to claims. Stephenie adopts a pragmatic, commercial approach to disputes which often arise in the employment relationship.
