Experience:

Qualifying as a solicitor in 1997, Steve’s subsequent experience has concentrated upon defending EL & PL claims. Steve has acted on behalf of numerous publicly funded organisations, insurers, and self funding PLC’s, whilst working with major central Birmingham law firms. Now a regular speaker on this area of law, he is as a key member of Everatt & Company’s Public Sector team. His reported cases include Simpson -v- Leicestershire County Council. Steve is a member of ALARM and FOIL.
