The majority of the firm’s instructions are received from major UK insurers, a sector which has imposed intense competition upon its legal services providers over the last decade. Everatt & Company has thrived in that environment, expanding its insurer client base and market share and we welcome opportunities to act for more insurers and their intermediaries. Local Government

Health care
Whilst our prime experience – encompassing a very large number of cases – is with care homes and issues of long-term care in hospitals, we are seeing a growth in medical negligence cases, primarily involving NHS trusts. Partner contact: Jenny Bates.
