Supporting in-house teams

For an increasing number of clients, our services extend to helping in-house claims departments to improve the quality of their processing systems, legal knowledge and judgement criteria.

This involves a range of measures, from formal training, seminars and updates to process audits and one-to-one mentoring.

We occasionally provide additional legal staff to work in-house with clients faced with a one-off surge in claims and regularly advise claims handlers on cases in which we are otherwise uninvolved. This is highly satisfying work for us because it produces tangibly worthwhile results for the clients whilst ensuring that the claims we are asked to handle are both more professionally interesting and better prepared.
