Recommended in Chambers Guide since 2002, Jennifer is one of the UK’s foremost employment barristers. She has successfully advised and represented a wide range of employers from PLCs and major public bodies to charities and small businesses, as well as achieving a number of high profile wins for employees, in particular against large institutions. She has conducted many lengthy and complex discrimination, bullying and harassment claims as well as advising and representing employers in connection with unfair dismissal, redundancy, collective employment issues and TUPE.
In recent years, Jennifer has advised and represented a large number of NHS trusts and local authorities, including supporting a number of the latter through job evaluation processes and the implementation of the Single Status Agreement.
